Jamón Salamanca is the result of a family business with a twenty-five year history of breeding Iberian pigs. Jamón Salamanca was founded in 1996 with the aim of tracking the whole production process: from the breeding and slaughtering of animals to the manufacturing and commercialization of our products.
Our family business bases the breeding of the Iberian pigs in traditional farming methods. To achieve the best quality product we combine natural manufacturing with new technologies. We guarantee process traceability from the beginning to the end.
