Valturra Ibéricos in Japan

Valturra Ibéricos will attend Foodex in Tokyo, the most important food and drinks fair in Asia. After being officially approved to export to Japan by the Spanish and Japanese authorities, Jamón Salamanca is the fourth company obtaining this approval for the whole process: Slaughtering, Freeze-Conditioning, Break-down, Meat Industry.
